Spring Harp Fest is dedicated to celebrating harmonica music while fostering community spirit and providing opportunities for youth in San Diego. Our mission is to use the power of music to inspire and educate, ensuring the future of harmonica artistry. We aim to nurture young talents by offering harmonica instruction and providing instruments to those in need, cultivating a new generation of musicians.
How Your Donations Help
Every year, we make a generous contribution from the proceeds of our festival to youth music programs, specifically ear-marked for harmonica inclusion and we are supported by Blues Lovers of San Diego (BLUSD). While raising funds to provide scholarships for the Blues Summer Camp from our proceeds, we hope to also increase the visibility of the harmonica in general, as well as showcase some of the many talented local blues and roots musicians that are available in and around San Diego and Southern California. Your generous donations directly support youth music programs across San Diego. By contributing, you help provide harmonicas and free instruction to children, igniting their passion for music. This initiative not only fosters talent but also builds confidence and community among young musicians.
