We have a really fun lineup this year in support of the Spring Harp Fest.

Michael Kinsman will be our M.C for the night. Always entertaining all on his own. $10 or more will get you in the door There will be some opportunity drawings. All funds go to the Spring Harp Fest The Harp Fest is a public community charitable event that raises money for The Blues In The Schools Program that includes Blues Lovers United of San Diego Blues Summer Camp. Both of these programs are run by our local blues society, Blues Lovers United Of San Diego. This entire event is organized, staffed and run by volunteers. This family event is held at Harry Griffen  Park,  9550 Milden St, La Mesa, CA 91942 on Saturday, March 31 .from 10am to 6pm
Now In it’s 19th year, the festival has featured the best of local, national and international harmonica players.
A Day of music, friend’s family sunshine and great fun!! Come be a part of keeping the music alive and well for generations to come.. This year at the Spring Harp Fest, our headliner will be Blues Hall of Fame Inductee,” Lazy Lester”, backed by San Diego’s own Bayou Brothers.

We hope that many of you fine folks will want to attend these pre-harp fest events. There will be good music and it is always great to see any harmonica fans. You never know who will show up...



The week preceding Spring Harp Fest has been unofficially (for now) designated as


Our goal in doing this is to raise public awareness of the harmonica. We also plan on having
fund-raisers leading up to the Spring Harp Fest. Check back
